At Makkal Kadai, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final Sale Policy
Please review product details, photos, size, color, quantity, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified issue with the product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation and product availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color selected by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
- Products that are no longer in original condition after delivery
Return Shipping for Approved Claims
If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions after reviewing your claim.
Return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the issue. If the mistake was caused by Makkal Kadai or the item arrived damaged/defective, we will work with you toward a fair resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Makkal Kadai is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
